July 2024 – Present

Since July 2024, I have been working at Viscon Group as a Sales Support Engineer, contributing to several divisions within the organization. My role bridges the technical and commercial aspects of complex automation projects, ensuring that customer needs are translated into clear, feasible, and innovative solutions.

During my time at Viscon Group, I have supported and collaborated across multiple sectors, including:

• Plant Technology – Assisting in the development of automated solutions for horticultural processes, preparing technical proposals, and supporting sales with system layouts and specifications.
• Warehouse Automation – Providing technical sales support for advanced logistics systems, focusing on efficiency, material flow, and solution accuracy.
• Fresh Produce & Hydroponics – Working on cutting-edge automation concepts for hydroponic cultivation and fresh produce handling, helping customers understand the advantages of integrated, high-tech systems.

In this role, I have strengthened my technical insight, communication skills, and ability to coordinate between engineering teams and customers. My work has focused on delivering clear, well-structured proposals and supporting the sales process with a strong understanding of Viscon’s innovative automation technologies.
